I have been fortunate to receive some excellent training from the outset. I became a yoga teacher 10 years ago, following a 3-month deep dive into yoga and bodywork training. I saw the potential of yogic training to transform lives and health.

Since then, it has been my mission to develop training and programs to deliver to the complete Wellness Curriculum. My practice evolved over the years, as my understanding of wellbeing and yoga has developed. My goal is to share the immersive, engaging, and transformative power of yogic practice with as many men as possible. Whether it's more energy, strength, zest, handstands, or even more life purpose and leadership skills, my programs aim to deliver it all.​

Yoga PT combines functional movement, breathwork, and mental development. It's the missing link in men's fitness.
