Men’s 4-Week Strength, Mobility & Yoga Program

Starts 4 January — Linlithgow

A practical, progressive program designed for men who want better mobility, stronger movement, deeper breath, and long-term health.
Great alongside gym or sports training. 
No Yoga experience needed.

 
What You’ll Learn Each Week

Week 1 Foundations:
Breathwork, mobility, core strength.

Week 2 Strength:

Bodyweight strength + joint stability.

Week 3 Flow:

Qi Gong and Primal movement.

Week 4 Integration:

Meditation + building a practice for longevity.
