Full coaching support with private sessions and structured progression.

  • Initial consultation & movement assessment

  • Personalised 12-week training plan

  • 10 private coaching sessions

  • Ongoing technique correction and progression

  • Structured programming delivered via training app

  • Direct support between sessions

  • Progress review and adjustments

 

£360 for 12 weeks
(£36 per session. Payment plans available.)

 

This option provides accountability, technical guidance, and steady progression across the full cycle.

Structured training with lighter support.

​

Includes:

  • Consultation & assessment session (£60)

  • Personalised training plan delivered via app

  • Optional 4-week review sessions (£40 per review)

 

This option suits those confident in training independently and want structure without regular coaching sessions.
