What’s Included?

 
  • A 1-2-1 consultation and training session, including movement assessment

  • A 12-week personalised program tailored to your body, goals, and training background. 

  • Digital access to your program, including video demonstrations of all exercises

  • A plan you can follow at home and/or in the gym (most mobility and yoga work requires minimal equipment and can be done anywhere).

You will receive a toolkit of strength and movement practices, built into a program designed to help you build a healthy body and mind.

 

Choose Your Level of Support

Once your program is built, you can decide how much guidance you’d like:

1. Independent Training
Follow your program at your own pace
(Optional check-ins available)

2. Guided Support
Block of 6 PT sessions (includes 1 free session)
Work through your program with hands-on coaching

3. Full Coaching Package
12-week coaching includes:

  • 10 personal training sessions

  • 3 program reviews

  • Ongoing mentorship (training + wellbeing)

 

For Current Yoga Students

All current students receive an additional 20% discount on 1-2-1 sessions.

My background in yoga, combined with functional strength training, allows me to take a holistic approach to movement and wellbeing.

Your program can include:
