A 1-2-1 consultation and training session, including movement assessment

A 12-week personalised program tailored to your body, goals, and training background.

Digital access to your program, including video demonstrations of all exercises

A plan you can follow at home and/or in the gym (most mobility and yoga work requires minimal equipment and can be done anywhere).
You will receive a toolkit of strength and movement practices, built into a program designed to help you build a healthy body and mind.

2. Guided Support
Block of 6 PT sessions (includes 1 free session)
Work through your program with hands-on coaching
3. Full Coaching Package
12-week coaching includes:

Ongoing mentorship (training + wellbeing)

All current students receive an additional 20% discount on 1-2-1 sessions.
